Vanessa Hudgens kicked off Halloween season with a transformation into Natalie Portman‘s Black Swan character!
Vanessa Hudgens is the Black Swan this year for Halloween. The former High School Musical actress is notorious for her love for Halloween and dressing up. And this year, she doesn’t disappoint.
Vanessa Hudgens and her friend, musician GG Magree, coordinated Halloween costumes as Natalie Portman’s white and black swan, respectively.
So, the 33-year-old actress, singer, and businesswoman, opted for Natalie’s white swan and looked picture perfect in a head-to-toe white ballerina outfit that looked very similar to the one Portman, 41, wore in the 2009 film. Including the white makeup and feathered headpiece. Black Swan was also the movie that earned Portman her Oscar for the Best Actress.
Vanessa’s BFF GG joined Hudgens in the look, playing the “black swan.” The two posed for several snapshots as seen on Hudgens and Magree’s respective Instagram pages.
“And the festivities begin 🎃,” Hudgens wrote in her caption, while Magree, 33, captioned her own photo set, “Swan Queens 🦢🩸.”
Vanessa loves dressing up, whether it’s for Halloween or Coachella, and her costumes are always on point. Well, again, she doesn’t disappoint.
Hudgens recently released a Fabletics collection that channels her “spooky” side. “This is like, I’m creeping in the night. I am a witch. I’m like, I just want to vibe!” the High School Musical alum told PEOPLE last month of the seasonal spirit that inspired her new Fabletics collection. “It comes from the same free-spirited approach that I have with life.”
“The whole inspiration behind it was the spooky season vibe,” she said of her latest collaboration with the brand.
