Polyamory means the people involved agree it is fine for everyone to be open to or have more than one romantic partner.
Willow Smith has always been shockingly honest when speaking on Red Table Talk. Considering the fact that she’s sitting next to her mother, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and her grandmother, Adrienne Banfield-Norrison, the truth is not always easy. But it looks like Jada has set the path for her children to be whoever they are.
Jada has also been very upfront during the chats with her mother and daughter. She sometimes had her husband, Will Smith, as a guest, too.
The 22-year-old has been very upfront about herself. In a recent episode of the Facebook‘s show, Willow Smith revealed she’s polyamorous. She has talked about the idea of having more than one partner in the past, too.
During the chat, Willow confessed she couldn’t see herself wanting to “go past two partners”.
“With polyamory, I feel like the main foundation is the freedom to be able to create a relationship style that works for you and not just stepping into monogamy because that’s what everyone around you says is the right thing to do,” she added.
Willow also finds an important upside of being polyamorous: “Also, doing research into polyamory. the main [reason] …why divorces happen is infidelity.”
During the segment, Willow’s grandma says it feels like it’s ‘really all just about sex’ which Willow denies saying: “In my friend group, I’m the only polyamorous person, and I have the least sex out of all of my friends.”
