Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s YouTube channel is here. The Royal couple showed their playful side on the announcement for the channel, and they seem to be moving on with the times!
A new era is starting for the British monarchy. The Royal Family is moving with the times. As Queen Elizabeth II is planning to “fade away gracefully” from her royal duties, there are a lot of changes coming.
With Meghan Markle and Prince Harry having a televised interview, the Kensington Royals can’t be too far behind. Prince William and Kate Middleton have celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary a few days ago. They released a few pictures while enjoying themselves as a couple. Then, they also released a cute video of their family.
But it looks like we might get used to having them on our screens. Because Kate Middleton and Prince William’s YouTube channel is here. Which is the absolute last thing you’d expect from the Royal Family.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made the announcement with a cute video, where they show off their playful side.
One new clip shows Kate and Prince William filming their 2021 St. Patrick’s Day greeting, where William spoke the Irish language. Kate corrects her husband’s pronunciation: “You don’t need to roll your r’s.”
“Do I not roll those?” William replied, to which Kate shakes her head and says, “No.”
William is also quick to point out that “By the way, be careful what you say now because these guys, they’re filming everything.”
The introductory video shows some footage from their royal duties, alongside some moments when they have fun together.
That’s not the only change. Kate and William also updated their Instagram account from @KensingtonRoyal to @DukeandDuchessofCambridge. Currently, their Twitter page remains @KensingtonRoyal. The @KensingtonRoyal account now redirects to the new page.
