A Quiet Place II’s Final Trailer Is Just as Frightening as the First

A Quiet Place II‘s final trailer has just debuted. The John Krasinki horror sequel seems to be living up to the first one’s standards as it looks just as frightening as the first!

2018’s A Quiet Place marked John Krasinski’s directorial debut. The horror movie is set in an apocalyptic world, and it features blind monsters with an acute sense of hearing. Most of the movie is intentionally quiet, and it’s ten times more frightening. Krasinski also stars alongside his wife, Emily Blunt for the first time.

A Quiet Place did so well that John thought to give a second one a go. The sequel should’ve hit theaters in March, 2020. However, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and it has been postponed. The first time, it was postponed to September 4, 2020. Then delayed again to April 2021. In January 2021, they delayed the movie again to September 2021. Now it received an early release on May 28, 2021.

Now that we’re getting closer to the release, we also got A Quiet Place II‘s final trailer.

In the previous trailer for the sequel, the Abbott family (Emily BluntMillicent SimmondsNoah Jupe) struggles to find a new shelter. They run into other people trying to survive as they face the terrors of the outside world.

Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou are the newcomers for this sequel. The first part only focused on the Abbott family, but we get more insight into the apocalyptic world with the second.

The first thirty seconds of the new trailer shows John Krasinski as Lee Abbott pre-apocalypse. We highly hope you’ve watched the first one, because as we know, he dies in the first movie. Then the scene changes to how they dealt with the immediate threat.

Then the movie cuts to present time, where Emily Blunt’s character Evelyn guides her children through a forest. They venture outside, trying to find a safer place.
