Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have listed their home for $57.5 million. And yes, if you’re wondering, it’s the same one from their whimsical Architectural Digest tour.
The Maroon 5 front man and the Victoria’s Secret model are now parting ways with their beautiful home, according to the website Dirt. And they’re asking for a whopping $57.5 million for the estate, which spreads over three acres.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo bought their posh Pacific Palisades, CA, home from former couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. They had paid $31,950,000 for it back in 2018, and it was cheaper than the $45 million Affleck and Garner originally asked for.
And Ben and Jennifer G. aren’t the only famous names tied to the house. Previous owners include actor Gregory Peck, and producer Brian Grazer.
Garner and Affleck renovated the estate, and expanded it significantly. For entertainment, the property includes a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a movie room.
It comes with a separate guest house, where the actor lived after he announced his divorce from Garner in 2015.
Adam and Behati seemed incredibly enamored with their whimsical home, which looked cozy and posh at the same time. Levine had build in a recording studio, and the 9,000 square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
They even had a tour on Architectural Digest, where they discussed their love for art, and showed their lavish estate. But now, the show must go on, and they have put it up for sale.
If they manage to sell it for the asking price of $57.5 million, the two will be walking away with a big profit.
The power couple seems to have quite a knack for real estate. Just last year, they flipped a Montecito mansion for a 25% profit.
The two also purchased a house in Beverly Hills in 2018 for $43 million. After giving it more pizzazz, they sold it to fellow real estate aficionado, Ellen DeGeneres, for $45 million in 2019.
