Ana de Armas is getting the exposure she deserves, and that means a new role in a movie starring Chris Evans. The two first shared the screen in Knives Out, which was de Armas’ big debut. Several other roles followed, including a small, but important role in the latest James Bond movie, No Time to Die.

Now they’re reteaming for Apple’s Ghosted, where Ana de Armas is replacing Scarlett Johansson, who also co-starred with Evans on several Marvel movies.

Dexter Fletcher will be directing the movie, and Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick will be writing the script. The movie is described as a “high concept romantic action-adventure film.”

The team wants the movie into production by February, which presented a conflict of schedules for Johansson, who eventually dropped out of the Apple Original movie, which the company acquired the rights over the summer. De Armas will be also acting as executive producer, while Evans as a producer of the upcoming movie.

Given that the two had amazing chemistry in their first movie, there’s no worry about that. And it would be an opportunity for them to put their best actions skills to work.
