It’s time for Beyoncé to return to the charts and she will do so with a new album called Renaissance. The album has been highly-anticipated and the Beyhive (Beyoncé’s fandom) had to wait six years for it.

The “Crazy In Love” singer had released her sixth album, Lemonade, six years ago. Everyone can remember how she completely dominated the charts and awards. So, it would surprise no one if the same happened with the upcoming album, Renaissance.

The Grammy Award winner’s seventh studio album is officially scheduled to drop on July 29th, Columbia Records announced on social media early Thursday morning.

The record label shared a black picture with “act i” and “RENAISSANCE” written with a white font on each side. Next to the picture, the caption simply read: “Beyoncé RENAISSANCE July 29.”

Beyoncé, 40, also updated the bios on her Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages to reflect the upcoming release and the date.

The upcoming record is said to have a total of 16 tracks on it. Four unique box sets are currently available for pre-order on Beyoncé’s official website, which include a CD, T-shirt, mini-poster and a 28-page photo booklet. The product “begins shipping July 29th upon album release.”

Bey’s previous albums include 2003’s Dangerously in Love, 2006’s B’Day, 2008’s I Am… Sasha Fierce, 2011’s 4, 2013’s Beyoncé and 2016’s Lemonade. This was the artist’s first break in-between albums to last this long. But we’re sure it’s worth the wait.

Not long after the reveal, she also added several pictures from her photo shoot for British Vogue, the July 2022 edition.
