Courteney Cox has just shared a pic of 1-year-old Coco as she celebrated her 17th birthday. The proud Friends mom celebrated her “strong and sensitive” daughter.
In the last two seasons of Friends, Courteney’s character Monica and Chandler struggled with infertility, and ended up having to adopt. In real life, Courteney had her own struggle.
She and husband David Arquette got pregnant several times, but she miscarried all those times.
During the show’s tenth season, Courteney finally got pregnant, and was able to keep the pregnancy. She welcomed daughter Coco in 2004. Her co-star, Jennifer Aniston, is Coco’s godmother.
The two seem incredibly close, and they always do things together on Instagram. Also, it shows that Coco is the light of her life.
Courteney Cox took it to social media to share a cute picture of baby Coco for her birthday. And then a few more as she grew older.
She captioned the set of pics: “Happy 17th birthday to my strong, sensitive, creative, loving, soulful, beautiful, talented, and wise Coco. I love you so much. 🎈”
Coco’s dad David also posted some throwback pics. “I couldn’t love anything or anyone more than I love @cocoarquette_. Thank you for being you. I love you with all my heart. Happy 17th Birthday!!!” the proud dad, 49, captioned the pictures.
