Eddie Murphy‘s son Eric Murphy is currently Martin Lawrence‘s daughter, Jasmin Lawrence. The two made their relationship Instagram official after Eric’s birthday.
Eddie Murphy, 60, and Martin Lawrence, 56, collaborated on several movies. They starred together in Ted Demme’s 1999 comedy Life. The two had previously teamed up in Murphy’s 1992 comedy Boomerang.
Their chemistry was amazing, and it looks like it was all real. Because their children have it, too.
Eric Murphy, 32, and Jasmin Lawrence, 25, are currently dating.
Both of them are the actors’ first children.
Eric is the oldest child of Eddie’s ten kids. Eddie welcomed his first son in 1989 with ex Paulette McNeely. The comedy icon also shares children with Nicole Murphy, Tamara Hood and Melanie Brown.
Jasmin is the eldest of Martin’s three daughters. Her mother is Martin’s former wife, Patricia Southall.
Eric Murphy and Jasmin Lawrence announced their relationship on social media, with Jasmin writing a cute post for Eric’s birthday.
She posted two picture of the two, writing: “Happy birthday, my love! I’m so incredibly blessed to know you, to love you, and to have you by my side. Cheers to many more blessings, laughs, and beautiful memories! I love you so much!! 🖤✨”
A couple of weeks ago, Eric had shared two pics of Jasmin, writing: “Head over heels in LOVE with YOU @jasmin_lawrence ❤️❤️❤️❤️ #myotherhalf #equallyyoked #iloveyou”
