Britney Spears‘ latest post on Instagram has fans sure that she’s throwing shade at her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. In a lengthy note, Britney asked: “How dare the people you love the most say anything at all?”
Let’s start at the beginning. Britney Spears is one of the biggest names in the music industry, and it’s hard to find someone as iconic as she is.
But ever since 2008, she’s been under a conservatorship under her father. Who was, allegedly, working in her best interest.
But Britney just spoke up at her hearing on June 23, and confirmed that #FreeBritney movement is real. She requested to end her conservatorship, and, since then has been very vocal about getting her life back.
She also just won a major victory at her latest hearing on July 14, where she gets to hire her own lawyer.
In her first hearing, Britney blamed her entire family of not helping.
A few days after that, her sister, actress Jamie Lynn Spears, broke her silence on Britney Spars’ conservatorship. But now she said she has long supported her sister, “before it was a hashtag.”

“I just want to take a second to address a few things. The only reason I haven’t before is because I felt like until my sister is able to speak for herself and say what she felt she needed to say publicly, that it wasn’t my place or it wasn’t the right thing to do. Now that she has very clearly spoken and said what she needed, I feel like I can follow her lead and say what I feel I need to say.”
But now Britney just wrote a lengthy message that fans are sure it’s about Jamie Lynn Spears.
Britney seems to truly be in charge of her account, and wrote: “There’s nothing worse than when the people closest to you who never showed up for you post things in regard to your situation whatever it may be and speak righteously for support … there’s nothing worse than that !!!!”
She continued: “How dare the people you love the most say anything at all … did they even put a hand out to even lift me up at the TIME !!!??? How dare you make it public that NOW you CARE … did you put your hand out when I was drowning ???? Again … NO … so if you’re reading this and you know who you are … and you actually have the nerve to say anything about my situation just to save face for yourself publicly !!! If you’re gonna post something …. Please stop with the righteous approach when you’re so far from righteous it’s not even funny …. 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 and have a good day !!!!!
