Kate Middleton Receives First Dose of COVID-19 Vaccine

Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton has just received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The Duchess of Cambridge announced the news on Instagram, with a cute photo.

A week ago, Prince William shared on their shared Instagram account that he received his first dose of vaccine for COVID-19.

The 38-year old royal shared a photograph showing him being vaccinated by NHS staff at the Science Museum in London on May 20.

“To all those working on the vaccine rollout – thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do,” he wrote.

Shortly after Prince William’s first dose, Kate Middleton also got the vaccine.

On her side, she wrote: “Yesterday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at London’s Science Museum. I’m hugely grateful to everyone who is playing a part in the rollout – thank you for everything you are doing.”

The couple also received some critics given the fact that, currently, in the UK, the Government are prioritizing people over 40 for the vaccine. But given how many events they attend, it’s only natural. Plus, Prince William is third in line to the throne after Prince Charles.

But the two pictures of the royals also ignited some thirst tweets. Following their pics while receiving the vaccines, fans were quick to notice that both Prince William and Duchess Kate have amazingly toned arms.
