During an episode of the E!‘s Keeping Up with The Kardashians, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian had a new clash over their nannies situation. But it looks like Kim and Khloé have a different approach to their nannies than Kourtney does.

Kim, Khloé and Kourtney are very dedicated to their children. But they also have a lot of help.
During a new episode, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian had another disagreement over their nannies. Kim, 40, accused sister Kourtney, 42, of “degrading” her nanny. But Kourtney said that the nanny will never be allowed around her kids again. However, she added it was Kim’s choice to keep her if she still want her to work for her.
Kim also revealed that said nanny, who remains unnamed, cried worrying she will get fired.
During the episode’s confessional, Kourtney said: “Kim’s nanny and I had a little disagreement when we were away traveling together.”
On her side, Kim said her nanny “felt so degraded by you, and you just started yelling at her and you said, ‘Keep your voice down,’ ” which Kourtney denied and said was a “lie.”
What started it all was Kourtney 6-year-old son Reign. He told her that Kim’s nanny said he “would go to jail” if he talked in the car. That was too much for her, and the drama followed.
But a new source talked to People, claiming the three sisters have a different parenting style. According to the source, “Both Kim and Khloé treat their nannies like family. Kim has several nannies that help with her kids and they have worked for the family for a while. Khloé has also held onto a nanny for True that she treats well.”
But on the other side, Kourtney seems to be stricter when it comes to her children. On her side, Kim claimed Kourtney “can’t even keep a nanny.”
Kim is mom to four kids: daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, 2, whom she shares with Kanye West.
Kourtney has three children: sons son Mason Dash, 11, and Reign Aston, 6, as well as daughter Penelope Scotland, 8½, all of whom she co-parents with ex Scott Disick.
