KimYe will no longer be a thing for much longer, as their divorce continues. But Kim Kardashian doesn’t plan on losing her Hidden Hills estate, and she will pay Kanye West $23 million for it.
Kim and Kanye, also known as KimYe for fans, are still heading for divorce. Lately, the couple has shown a lot of support for one another in public, with Kim using her “West” surname while hosting SNL. She also supported Kanye as he promoted his latest album, Donda.
But the two are just some friendly exes because there’s no going back. Having announced their separation in February, the famous couple is still decided to go on with it.
With Kanye busy legally changing his name to Ye (because he can, that’s why), Kim is going ahead with the divorce procedure.
One thing she really wants to keep? Their Hidden Hills estate, which they purchased in 2014 for $20 million. E! News reports that, according to court documents, Kim is paying Kanye $23 million for the home. That would be $20 million for the property, and $3 million for the contents inside.
Since Kanye recently purchased $57 million property by the sea, he surely wasn’t interested in fighting over their home. So it seems to be win-win.
