Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have opened up about their separation and whether they’re getting divorced. And it looks like there are some good news for everyone.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been married since 1996. They share three daughters, Sophia, Portia, and Alexia. Richards, 54, met Umansky, 53, at a nightclub in 1994, and she was divorced from her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, with whom she shares her first daughter, Farrah Brittany, 34.
And news just broke out that Kyle Richards and Mauricio might be getting divorced after 27 years of marriage.
A source close to the pair tells PEOPLE: “Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.“
Are Kyle and Mauricio Really Getting Divorced?
The Real Housewife and the Buying Beverly Hills real estate mogul have been spending a lot of quality time together over the weekend despite going through a separation.
Before their split went public, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hill star shared a video on her Instagram Story of her going on a hike with her estranged husband in Aspen, Colorado.
The popular blind items Instagram account Deuxmoi then shared a photo of Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, out to dinner together on Monday evening, shortly after the split announcement.
Mauricio himself denied that he and Kyle are getting divorced via a statement shared on his social media account. The message reads, “In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claim regarding us divorcing are untrue.“
The statement continues, “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privtely. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.“
