Supermodel Naomi Campbell welcomed her first child, a baby girl, and made the cute announcement online. But a source claims Naomi had been wanting children for ten years.
You know those questions acquaintances casually ask women over 30 about having children? Those are some of the most insensitive questions, because if you’re not close to that person, you don’t know what they’re going through.
Naomi Campbell has reportedly been wanting children for a long time. I can’t even imagine getting that question in every interview.
Back in 2017, Campbell told Evening Standard magazine she has thought about becoming a mother but wasn’t in a rush to make it happen at a specific time. “I think about having children all the time. But now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want.”
While she tried to play it cool, Naomi has been waiting to do it for a long time.
A source shared with People Magazine: “She’s wanted a baby for a long time, more than 10 years.”
“And anyone who’s surprised Naomi is having a baby on her own, her own way, and on her own timetable doesn’t know Naomi Campbell. Hasn’t she redefined everything she’s ever touched?”
One can clearly see Naomi is over the moon.
Naomi Campbell recently welcomed her baby girl, and took it to social media to share the news. She shared a cute pic holding the baby girl’s little feet.
“A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother, So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love.”
After the announcement, other celebrities chimed in to congratulate the lucky mother.
