Nick Cannon is not done having children. Although the actor and talk show host has become the butt of many jokes regarding his children, he simply doesn’t care.
Last year, Nick Cannon welcomed three children from two different mothers. And has since become a laughing stock, because he won’t stop having children.
Up until 2020, the television host had only had four children, two of whom were with singer Mariah Carey. But something happened that made him realize that he single-handedly can repopulate the Earth.
Unfortunately, out of the three children welcomed last year, one of them didn’t make it. Nick Cannon revealed in December 2021 that his five-month-old son, Zen, passed away due a brain tumor. He shared the baby with his then-girlfriend, Alyssa Scott.
But in 2021, he also welcomed twins with DJ Abby De la Rosa, Zion and Zilly. And this year, de la Rosa announced on Instagram that she’s pregnant again. While she didn’t disclose who the father of the new baby (babies?) is, everyone immediately thought of Cannon.
A few days after, the actor, who is currently expecting his eighth child, revealed he’s expecting more babies this year. On Tuesday’s episode of the Lip Service podcast, the 41-year-old radio host joked, “When you say ‘on the way… ‘ What count are you at? Let’s just put it this way… the stork is on the way.”
When asked if he’s currently expecting three children, he said, “I don’t know, it could be…” and suggested that he might break his personal record, adding: “If you thought it was a lot of kids last year…“
Cannon has been married once (to Carey), and currently has seven children with four baby mamas. I guess we’ll have to wait and see how many children he ends up fathering.
