Paris Hilton just revealed that she welcomed her first baby, a boy, with her husband, Carter Reum! And the 41-year-old star is officially a mom now.
Ever since she tied the knot, Paris Hilton got the same treatment as any other female star. Meaning, people constantly asked her if she was pregnant. And last year, Paris revealed that she does intend to become a mom in 2023. And the year has just started and her wish came true!
Paris Hilton just surprised everyone as she revealed she welcomed her first baby with her husband Carter Reum. The famous socialite made the announcement on social media on Tuesday, January 24, with a picture of the baby holding her perfectly-manicured hands. She revealed in the caption, “You are already loved beyond words,” adding a blue heart.
And if you’re wondering how Paris welcomed a baby when she didn’t sport any baby bumps, it’s because she and her husband used a surrogate.
The “Stars Are Blind” singer and media personality, 41, confirmed the news to PEOPLE. “It’s always been my dream to be a mother and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other,” the new mom revealed to the outlet. “We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.“
Just last year, Hilton revealed that she started the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) process during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down,” she told PEOPLE. “We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ‘This is perfect timing. Usually, I’m on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let’s just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,’ and we have tons of them just waiting.“
Reum proposed in February 2021 after over a year of dating. They tied the knot in a huge, three-day wedding ceremony the same year in November.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
