Rihanna created Fenty Beauty in 2017. At the time, Rihanna was among the few celebrities with a makeup line out there. But hers differed, offering great quality in a whole lot of shades for every color. Women of color praised the “Love on the Brain” singer, and her makeup line was a huge success.
Then, she didn’t only do makeup, but she moved onto a clothing line Saxage x Fenty, and then full on clothing, Fenty. All of them are under luxury brand LVMH.
While fans have been impatiently waiting for Rihanna’s ninth album, she has been hard at work. And it paid off – big time.
Forbes just declared Rihanna a billionaire, and estimated her net worth to be $1.7 billion. Most of her net worth is due to her companies Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty.
A new video is going viral on social media, with RiRi as she just finished a shopping spree in New York City. A paparazzi asks her: “Ri, self-made billionaire. What does that mean to you?” the 247Paps.TV photographer asked her.
“God is good,” she replied.
