Here’s the first trailer at Sandra Bullock‘s upcoming movie, The Lost City, an adventure-comedy where she stars alongside Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe, and Brad Pitt.
I never thought I’d live to see the day when Daniel Radcliffe tells Channing Tatum “screw you, man,” but here it is. The former Harry Potter legend (who will be returning to Hogwarts for the Harry Potter reunion) is starring as a villain next to Tatum and Sandra Bullock in this adventure-comedy.
Sandra Bullock plays romance writer Loretta Sage, who writes about adventurous places. She is anything but. Tatum is Alan, the cover model Sage uses for her novels, and they go on tour to promote her latest book, The Lost City.
But then Loretta is kidnapped by a billionaire (Radcliffe), who hopes she can find a hidden treasure. Alan goes after her, planning to be the one who rescues her. However, he looks just as lost.
The first trailer for The Lost City seems to have a perfect length, is funny, and filled with adventure. And, unlike all the trailers nowadays, it doesn’t give away the entire plot. But what it does give away it’s the funniest cameo from Mr. Brad Pitt. He stars in the movie as a skilled rescuer, who is too handsome to be real. This is Pitt’s return to the big screen, who has been missing since his space movie, Ad Astra.
The chemistry between Tatum and Bullock seems surprisingly good, and the movie has a lot of potential. For both adventure and comedy.
