Selena Gomez has just celebrated her 31st birthday and she did so with a star-studded party to remember, as she revealed on social media.
Ahead of her birthday party, Selena Gomez asked for donations to the Rare Impact Fund in lieu of presents.
She shared a picture of herself blowing candles on an “S” shaped cake, and wrote in the caption, “I am thankful for so much in my life. And one of the things I am most thankful for is the work we’ve been able to do with the Rare Impact Fund through @Rarebeauty. Because of YOU we’ve been able to raise awareness and increase access to mental health services for young people.” Gomez added, “This is my true passion in life.”
“People keep asking me what I want for my birthday, and I tell everyone the same thing,” the singer and actress wrote in the caption. “Please do not get me anything but if you want to do something for my birthday, please donate to the Rare Impact Fund. If you have the means, consider donating to help us make a difference.”
The “Love You Like a Love Song” singer launched the fund to “focus on addressing mental health and self-acceptance.”
A Star-Studded Party to Remember
Besides the donations party, Selena Gomez invited a lot of A-listers to show off their best outfits and dance the night away.
The 31-year-old Only Murders in the Building actress shared a look at her glam night, simply captioning it, “31.”
Gomez looked stunning in a red dress. She paired it with a black blazer, black strappy heels, diamond hoop earrings, and black sunglasses.
There were a lot of famous faces there. Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, Sabrina Claudio, Tyga, Pia Mia, Benny Blanco, and Colombian singer Karol G, who wore a pink corset dress and clear pumps.
The latter hopped in the comments to say that she was “yet another Selenator” (the name of Gomez’s fans). Plus, she added, “I don’t remember anything today.”
Hilton also hopped in the comments on Selena’s post. The socialite wrote, “Happy Birthday beautiful!😍 So much fun celebrating with you last night!“
Taylor Swift and Camila Cabello were not in attendance. Swift had her first show in Seattle, but Camila did comment, “adore you you sexy angel.” Neither were Nicola Peltz-Beckham and Brooklyn Beckham, who are currently vacationing in France.
However, it looks like a time to remember (not if you’re Karol G).
