Serena Williams is now a mom of two as she gave birth to her second baby with her husband, Alexis Ohanian. She gave birth to a second daughter.
Serena Williams announced she was expecting her second baby this past May at the Met Gala. The legendary tennis player, 41, was already mom to daughter Olympia with her husband Alexis Ohanian
She revealed that she and Ohanian ran into each other at a hotel in Rome in May of 2015 and started dating shortly afterward. He popped the question in December 2016 and she said yes. The two welcomed their daughter the following September.
Now, they are parents of two, as Serena Williams revealed they welcomed their second daughter.

In an emotional Instagram post, the tennis introduced her newborn, a baby girl. She captioned the picture showing the happy family, “Welcome my beautiful angel.“
Revealing the baby’s adorable name on Instagram, Alexis wrote: “Welcome, Adira River Ohanian. I’m grateful to report our house is teaming with love: a happy & healthy newborn girl and happy & healthy mama.”
He added, “Feeling grateful. @serenawilliams you’ve now given me another incomparable gift — you’re the GMOAT. Thanks to all the amazing medical staff who took care of my wife & our daughter. I’ll never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her baby sister. ‘Your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.”
Olympia’s Instagram account also features a post of her and her new sister. The five-year-old is seen holding her newborn sister and is captioned: “My sister and me.“
Serena also hopped in the comments, writing, “My babies,” with the happy dad adding, “The best big sis on the planet!“
