Sophia, who has been an advocate against misinformation against COVID-19, has been recently dating. businessman Grant Hughes.
After more than a year of dating, Sophia Bush and Grant Hughes are engaged.
Sophia made the cute announcement on Instagram, sharing a pic from the romantic proposal at Lake Como, in Italy.
She captioned the photo: “So it turns out that being your favorite person’s favorite person is the actual best feeling on planet Earth 💫 #YES”
Sophia added: “Thank you to @comoclassicboats and @bottega53 for helping my favorite human plan the most incredible, moving surprise of my life. My heart. It bursts.”
Sophia has been previously married to Chad Michael Murray briefly in mid-2000s. They co-starred in One Tree Hill, and were married for less than a year. She was 21 at the time. In a recent interview with Inside of You podcast host Michael Rosenbaum , Sophia shared she won’t comment on her previous marriage anymore: “I’m not allowed to because I’ve tried to poke fun at being a dumb kid and whenever I’ve done that, it gets twisted into I’m talking s–t about somebody who I don’t even know anymore, who’s clearly a grown-up.”
