Blake Lively made her directorial debut as Taylor Swift premiered a new music video for “I Bet You Think About Me,” a song From the Vault off Red.
Taylor Swift is really treating her Swifties well.
Just three days after premiering her masterpiece short film for “All Too Well,” she has more in store for us.
This time, she premiered a music video for a song From the Vault, off her latest re-recorded album, Red (Taylor’s Version). This is a premiere in itself, because Fearless (Taylor’s Version) didn’t get as much publicity as her fourth studio album did. But, then again, it’s Red.
For the new music video, she turned to one of her best friends, Blake Lively. The actress made her directorial debut with Swift’s new music video.
But the list of famous people doesn’t end here, because it features actor Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Teller, as the main characters in the show. Aaron Dessner is also part of Swift’s band in the video.
In the video, Taylor Swift gives major Speak Now vibes as she attends the wedding of a man she loved. You remember how she sang “I am not the kind of girl / Who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion?”
At the wedding, everyone is wearing white, except for Swift, who is dashing in a red dress. #RedSeason.
Fans of Swift’s will also be quick to notice that she gives the bride a red scarf, hinting at the famous “All Too Well” scarf she left at her ex’s house.
