Vanessa Bryant celebrated her late husband Kobe Bryant for Father’s Day with a sweet message. Vanessa called Kobe “the best girl dad” in her message.
Vanessa and Kobe Bryant shared four girls. One of whom was merely a few months old when she lost her dad and sister Gianna “Gigi” Bryant.
But, for every occasion, Vanessa mentioned her husband.
A few weeks back, their oldest daughter, Natalia Bryant, just graduated high school. She honored her father on her graduation cap, where she had one of Kobe’s quotes, saying, “Everything negative — pressure, challenges — is all an opportunity for me to rise.”
For Father’s Day, Vanessa also celebrated Kobe with a picture of him and the girls.
She wrote: “To the best girl dad~ Happy Father’s Day, Papi. We love you forever and always, always and forever. Love you always, Nani, Gigi, B.B, Koko and VB ❤️”
Last year, Vanessa used the same picture and wrote “Happy Father’s Day to the BEST daddy in the world. We miss you so much. We love you forever and always. Love, Nani, Gigi, BB, Koko and VB ❤️😘 @KobeBryant #BestoftheBest #GirlDad ❤️”
SportsCenter anchor Elle Duncan noted how proud Kobe was to be a “girl dad.” He had opened up that he loved having girls, and would have “five more” if he could. “Girls are the best! Just be grateful that you’ve been given that gift because girls are amazing.”
The couple’s youngest daughter, Capri, has just turned two years old today. Vanessa celebrated with a photo shoot of the girls.
She wrote: “Happy 2nd Birthday, Capri! Mommy, Daddy, Nani, Gigi and B.B. love you so much! You are our beautiful ray of light. Thank you for bringing so much joy and love into our lives. May you be blessed with many more happy, healthy and wonderful birthdays. We love you Koko-Bean! Happy birthday!!!! 😘❤️🎂”
