Will Smith took it to social media to show off his post-quarantine body. The actor posted a shirtless picture, where he proved he can handle his weight gain with a positive outlook.

Last year, everyone had a difficult time. Gyms were closed, there were not many options to work out. Plus, there were no activities. So, naturally, a lot of people gained some weight while sitting around in quarantine.

Celebrities are no different. Some used the time to work on themselves, while others just appreciated the time with their family. Will Smith just took it to social media to show his post-quarantine body with humour.

On Sunday, May 2 Will shared a picture of himself wearing a zipper hoodie and short shorts with no shirt. He appeared to be enjoying a conversation with someone who isn’t pictured, and the actor was gesturing with his right hand. Will also seemed to be enjoying himself.

But while the picture looks quite positive, Will commented on his physique. The actor captioned the pic: “I’m gonna be real wit yall – I’m in the worst shape of my life.”

However, fans were quick to make him feel comfortable. Many commented that Will has the “dad-bod” that is so acceptable nowadays for men. Others simply mentioned the fact that he’s Will Smith, so he doesn’t even have to think about his body.

While Will Smith is not exactly famous for his physique, he got into a muscular shape for his 2001 biopic for Ali. Ever since, Will has constantly been slim and fit.

He told Men’s Journal his workout regimen for the 2016 film Suicide Squad was very intense. Will revealed he even tore a leg muscle during the early stages of shooting: “I knew from the very beginning that this was going to be a big movie for me. He said it was “really scary” to suffer the injury, but that didn’t keep him from continuing to work on his physique.
