A lot of people started wondering whether Zac Efron had plastic surgery after Earth Day! The Musical aired on Facebook. Zac was among the stars who participated in the event, and fans noticed Zac’s face change. His jawline looked different, and people thought he’d gotten jaw fillers.
But everyone knowing Zac Efron knows he basically doesn’t need any plastic surgery to look amazing. Zac has been very invested in keeping his body in shape naturally. So the plastic surgery couldn’t be one of the reasons of his face change.
One fan who defended him reminded people that Zac broke his jaw once. Back in 2013, he slipped at the entrance of his house in a puddle of water that he did not see. He also needed stiches.
While there are many reasons why Zac’s face looks different, plastic surgery doesn’t seem to be the answer. A friend of his, Australian radio host Kyle Sandilands, also commented on the matter. Kyle said on the latest episode of The Kyle and Jackie O Show, “I would know if he’d had any plastic surgery.” He added that Zac “of course” did not have any work done.
Kyle also pointed out the obvious and said Zac is already attractive, and he doesn’t need plastic surgery. “It’s like getting a Picasso and having a kid finger paint all over it. Why bother?”
So this seems to be the truth. But even if Zac felt like getting surgery, he shouldn’t be as shamed as he is. Yes, probably a lot of people don’t understand the reasons, but celebrities are always under a lot of pressure.
However, in one of his recent Instagram pictures, Zac’s face looks the same as always.
