Beyoncé just unveiled the cover for her upcoming album, Renaissance, where she is wearing a silver bodysuit while riding a holographic horse!
Renaissance will be Queen Bey’s upcoming seventh studio album, which includes the recently released single, “Break My Soul.”
Her record label, Columbia Records, announced the album two week ago on June 16, with a simple announcement that broke the internet.
The record label shared a black picture with “act i” and “RENAISSANCE” written with a white font on each side. Next to the picture, the caption simply read: “Beyoncé RENAISSANCE July 29.”
Not long after, she released the first single, “Break My Soul.” Now, Beyoncé officially unveiled the album cover art for Renaissance.
She also explained that: “Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world.“
Beyoncé added: “It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration.“
The message ended as she addressed her fans: “I hope you find joy in this music. I hope it inspires you to release the wiggle. Ha! And to feel as unique, strong, and sexy as you are.“
The upcoming studio album is said to have a total of 16 tracks on it. Four unique box sets are currently available for pre-order on Beyoncé’s official website. They include a CD, a T-shirt, a mini-poster and a 28-page photo booklet. The product “begins shipping July 29th upon album release.”
The “Crazy In Love” singer had released her sixth album, Lemonade, six years ago, with one of her longest breaks to date. The Grammy Award winner’s seventh studio album is officially scheduled to drop on July 29th.
